HRMDirect is a Social Recruiting Software and I'm at ERE Expo in San Diego
I don't know how much experience you guys have in the recruiting or "talent management" space, but I'm wearing a shirt for HRMDirect.com today. HRMDirect is a pioneer in the recruiting space with their social recruiting software and application tracking system. They use real people (social!!!) to help facilitate the process of finding qualified applicants and retain them with some secret sauce behind the scenes. HRMDirect wasn't interested in sharing the secrets with me, lame right? Just kidding...
And as the title of this post says, I'm in beautiful San Diego, California until this Sunday. I'm attending ERE Expo with Sarah White, of HRMDirect, who you'll be able to meet on live video. Sarah is the Chief Strategy Officer at HRMDirect and I'll be asking her all the tough recruiting industry focused questions today.
