Outlined here is the legal jargon we have to provide.

Shipping Shirts: You provide us shirts to wear. We are not shirt designers and we want you to make fun shirts for us to wear on your day(s). We do not require that you overnight your shirts to us after purchasing a day, but we'd prefer to receive your shirts at least 2 weeks prior to your day. If we do not receive within 2 weeks we reserve the right to pick our own shirt to wear on your day. We have multiple vendors that can help print and ship the shirts for you, contact us to meet a vendor. We don't require it, but if you have a product to talk about, please include one with your shirt so we can show it to everyone on your day(s). Here are our addresses for shipping the shirts:

Shirts: You are not limited to t-shirts. We know a lot of companies make collared shirts, long sleeve shirts, jackets and even flannel turtlenecks. Obviously we'd rather not wear a long sleeve shirt in the middle of the Florida or California summers, so please be somewhat conscious of the four seasons. We reserve the right to not wear a shirt sent to us on the grounds that it is offensive, inappropriate, in poor taste etc. We will wear pretty much anything as long as it doesn't have racial slurs, naked people, you get the idea! If there are any questions about the content of your shirt before buying please contact us.

Sick Days or Days We Can't Wear Shirts: If one of us is sick, we're still going to get dressed. If we're at some fancy wedding in Maine, we'll still wear your shirt under the tuxedo and make sure we get lots of pictures on the dance floor. We do plan on taking vacations during these 365 days, hence sending your shirt to us in advance. We want to make sure I have a nice pile of wonderful shirts to wear no matter where we are in the world.

Don't have a shirt? If your company hasn't had the time to whip up some shirts, we're happy to help take care of the shirt printing process for you. The cost of having us print your shirt is $50 (added on to your day price). This money covers a XLarge and a Large American Apparel t-shirts with your logo printed on the front (size specifications to be determined) and shipping costs to Jason and Evan. Please send Jason your company logo in an EPS/PNG format, preferably a vector image as they are best for printing. We will invoice you separately for the shirt printing.

Buying Process: We've tried to make the buying process as easy as possible with PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to make a purchase and you can pay using any major credit card. If you have any issues during the buying process, please contact Jason and he'll help you out. If you want to buy multiple days, weeks or even a month, please e-mail Jason as well and he can save you the hassle of doing it manually.

Refunds: There are no refunds with exception to cases we deem relevant. We don't mean to sound all high-and-mighty, but what do you need a refund for? We're just wearing your shirt. If there is an error in the payment process, a refund for the appropriate amount will be given.
